We are a young and dynamic SME founded by a team of healthcare professionals with close to 20 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Critical Equipment and more than 8 years of experience in managing the aftersales service for one of the top three MNC medical equipment brands in Malaysia hence we truly understand the significance of equipment uptime and the impact it may cause to your business operations when your equipment fails unexpectedly.
Mytech Essentials SdnBhd started of with a humble beginning as a distributor for PROTEK and SOLTEC, a brand out of many which we opted to approach and partner with due to our familiarization and exposure on it’s Quality Built and Proven Reliability. Manufactured in Taiwan, product range under these brands include Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Frequency Converter, Rectifier/Battery Charger, Static Transfer Switch, and Voltage Stabilizer.
Given our passion, dedication and commitment in helping businesses achieving their power quality needs, after slightly more than a year as a distributor for these brands, our principal company elevated our partnership further and we were appointed as their Exclusive Distributor & After Sales Service Provider for PROTEK and SOLTEC product range across Malaysia.
